Special Districts

The University of Tennessee campus:
The university completed a master plan with the objective of making the campus pedestrian-friendly. Proposals for sidewalks and street tree plantings were concepts in the plan. The campus should be considered a special district whereby the university pursues its landscape program.

Cumberland Avenue:
Street trees and wider sidewalks were proposed in Fort Sanders Neighborhood Plan.
