Pleasant Ridge Road Improvements:
Create a planting program with road widening. Given the residential surroundings and links to schools, work with area residents to weigh the possibilities of a landscaped median and separated sidewalks as part of the road design.

Northwest Middle School:
Plant additional trees, particularly near the road; keep trees widely spaced to maintain views of the school and walking trail; and plant trees in informal patterns.

Papermill Road as it runs parallel to I-40/75:
Sections of this road are right next to the interstate, and there is enough right-of-way to plant trees. This would offer a slight noise buffer and improve the aesthetics of the area.

Hollywood Drive:
Plant native trees along the road, especially in the vicinity of Pond Gap Elementary School
