Several projects, major land developments and community facilities have been completed since 1997 when the previous plan was adopted. Additionally, the adoption of Knoxville-Knox County General Plan 2033 and Knoxville, Farragut and Knox County Growth Policy Plan has bearing on area-wide growth and transportation issues.
