The Community Facility and Transportation Plans recommend projects and programs to be implemented for the first five and the next ten years following plan adoption. They should be reviewed annually when preparing capital improvement programs. Improvements recommended in this sectoin represent ongoing efforts as well as input from residents attending sector plan workshops and public meetings.
