15-Year Plan
This section of the document includes land use, community facility and transportation plans. The land use plan forms the basis for zoning and land development decisions. Objectives and policies are outlined in relation to each land use category. Proposals to develop a better park system are a major component of the community facility plan. Multi-modal transportation proposals are made in the transportation plan. More detailed programs regarding neighborhood improvements and economic development are also outlined in this section. |
