The developer, Alan Sefton, and Craig Cantrell, of PIPs Technology, collaborated with their design team, Farris Eid and Elizabeth Gassel, to design a premier facility. Their work resulted in a high-tech building that features passive solar technology and well-placed landscaping to reduce storm water.
