Located on Dutchtown Road, this energy-efficient building frames the entrance to the research center known as Corridor Park .

The developer, Alan Sefton, and Craig Cantrell, of PIPs Technology, collaborated with their design team, Farris Eid and Elizabeth Gassel, to design a premier facility. Their work resulted in a high-tech building that features passive solar technology and well-placed landscaping to reduce storm water.

The modern, two-story structure contains corporate offices, and laboratory and manufacturing operations. This project clearly realizes the Technology Corridor Authority’s goal to create attractive, research-based businesses along Pellissippi Parkway .
