Many of Covered Bridge's conservation assets have already been outlined in their Residential Award. The use of the floodplain for recreational open space has rarely been seen in local residential design and is a model for other developers to follow.

The extraordinary measures to preserve the stream and the wooded hillsides should be appreciated by future generations.
