Nestled above Conner Creek in Hardin Valley, Covered Bridge subdivision was created by Cornerstone Development Group, LLC. Great care was taken to preserve the natural assets of the site. Ridges were left intact and the wooded setting of the Creek was preserved, protecting the stream’s habitat.

A range of housing styles and sizes have been constructed. Houses were built on the more level portions of the landscape. The residential architecture—often composed of stone and earth tone colors—is complementary to the setting. The trail system and play areas are extraordinary, kids have enough space for soccer…adults can stroll in comfort.
