The project was joint ventured architecturally; Ken Moffett with Bullock
Smith & Partners was responsible in large part for the design phases of the
project while Barber McMurry Architects were largely responsible for the
construction documents and construction administration phases. The project blends glass and steel in an innovative design, with steel pillars at the entrance giving the building a commanding appearance. Floor to ceiling windows line the interior hallways, providing a bright, open feel to the space. Colorful steel stairwells provide easy access through the multi-floored facility.
